SNAKE ATTACKS RABBIT FROM BEHIND

Rattle Snake try to attacks Rabbit from Behind. The rabbit know that there is a snake in behind the back that it try to hunt him but he did not run a way. That is a fault. Trailing through Lower (Little ) Lake Myakka, FL, I found myself witnessing feeding time between a eastern diamondback rattle snake and a Florida brown rabbit. I have walked this trail several times now, but this was the first time that I came across a snake, not to mention a 6 foot rattle snake. I'm pretty sure the rabbit had been injured (perhaps bitten by the snake) before I witnessed the attack.
